I ordered and Returned my oversized, poor quality merchandise 4 months ago following their return policy procedures. After several unanswered texts, I phoned customer service and was told my refund would be debited to my Bank account in April...When April came and went, I again phoned in May and was told the same thing, my account would be debited that month...Lies!! I am still waiting and will now dispute the charges with my credit card company and have informed all of my friends who receive their catalogs not to waste their time or money with these scam artists.

I have tried to exchange a jacket that was the wrong size - for YEARS.Cute Jacket, but too big.

Never a response... I just found it again. I tried to call... but there wasn't an answer to ANY of their phone numbers.

The recording says they are "currently closed" and lists their hours, but I am well within the stated business hours. Previously, I was on hold for 30-45 minutes without being able to speak to an operator... Online, I was forced to sign up with a password - which would not work as soon as I did it. Then it said the site was down for "service"....

and so on. Do NOT expect ANY service from this company, and they should not be allowed to send out any emails or catalogs anymore.

Do NOT order online!Be warned...

Do not EVER buy from this company!Complete scam artists.

They filed for bankruptcy a week ago.Call your cc company to dispute ASAP.

That's what I am doing.:( absolute shame...
