I will never order from Newport-News again! They charge your credit card IMMEDIATELY for your purchase, yet when you return something, they take EIGHT WEEKS or longer to credit your account. I returned 3 items on 5/28/09 and just received an email today (7/15/09) that my credit card will be refunded in TWO BILLING CYCLES! When I called a service rep, she said my items were received at their warehouse on 6/6/09! So why can't they return my money by now? Very deceitful practice, wanting to hold onto your money as long as possible!

I have ordered from Newport-News a few times in the past with mixed results. Their prices may be cheap but so is the quality! A size 2 in one clothing item may fit but a 2 in another will be way too large.
