I purchase a bathing suit from Newport News... after wearing the suit only a few times, the belt and hardware form rust... After speaking to a CSR, she instructed me to return the suit and provided all the information. Told me the suit was not eligible for a cash refund but I could exchange it for another suit for an exchange value of $64, 00. This was the end of July 2011. Apparently, Newport News claims they never receive the returned suit...After many phone calls, they claim they will research the issue and notify me by email the status... Today they claim that my prior phone calls did not exist and that they do not have the suit in question. In other words, I am out $64 (the value of the suit $89.00) & the charge is still on my Newport News Account. It just goals me that this company has such poor customer service and will not help their loyal customer. They refuse to believe the suit is lost somewhere in their warehouse... Now I am out $89.00 and a swimsuit... Believe me, I will never order from this company again... In addition to the above, they kept me on hold for hours, claim the computer were down, so many excuses. I would say that I got the run around 12801bb
