I placed an order back on August 16th prior to knowing any of this bankruptcy stuff". Well they charged my credit card, but have not shipped my bathing suit/. WTF???? Isn't that illegal.. I am again sitting on hold with both customer service and the order desk to no avail/. I have emailed etc|. They said this bathing suit was on back-order which wasn't a big deal because I didn't need it until now/. What am I supposed to do|. It has been months, so I dont know if I can file a complaint with my credit card company/. Any help?? 128014d
