I placed an order with newport news on Sept. 30, 2011. I ordered 3 items which were all on sale and they charged me twice for the same sweater once with the sale price and once the regular price. I have been trying since Oct. 4th to put that $50.00 back into my account(today is Oct. 26th). All I have gotten is the run around. I have made 7 calls to customer service and no one has been able to help me. They cant even give me the corporate offices phone number! Do NOT buy anything from them. 128006d
