I was not aware they were filing for BK, I ordered items and they took my money but I have yet to receive any of the items ordered. I tried looking up via my account and it states that i don't have any orders! I have been on hold for 30 mins with no one coming to the phone on thier customer service line (some customer service). I just sent them money, and no product!! They don't answer. WOW!!! have they gone downhill, i liked them but I have never had this happen. I am telling everyone to not shop at any of catalogs. 127fe79
