After returning a $120.00 ring that I had ordered from Newport news in Feb. 2011, I have yet to receive any refund. In fact, I paid my bill each month and had contacted a supervisor that assurred me that she would, "personally" take care of my return issue and that I no longer needed to pay my bill for the amount due for the ring. Next month I received a bill with late charges. I have paid my entire bill in full and closed my account but am not able to receive any assistance with my refund. Very dissappointed! 127fe05

I've made so far two calls, was told that I would receive a refund within 5 days and its been two weeks and no refund. This is stealing and fraud and should not be taken light. I don't know which steps to take, but will do everything possible to get my money refunded back to me.  |
