After returning a $120.00 ring that I had ordered from Newport news in Feb. 2011, I have yet to receive any refund. In fact, I paid my bill each month and had contacted a supervisor that assurred me that she would, "personally" take care of my return issue and that I no longer needed to pay my bill for the amount due for the ring. Next month I received a bill with late charges. I have paid my entire bill in full and closed my account but am not able to receive any assistance with my refund. Very dissappointed! 127fe05

I purchased a pair of slacks through Newport News in December and returned them immediately after receiving them because of the poor quality. I've made so far two calls, was told that I would receive a refund within 5 days and its been two weeks and no refund. This is stealing and fraud and should not be taken light. I don't know which steps to take, but will do everything possible to get my money refunded back to me. :sigh

I am going through a similar situation where they will not refund my money and have conveniently "lost" my acct information. What happened with your situation???
