I feel this company is currently stealing from me. I charged a few items to my credit card for purchases from their Newport News catalog. All the items were cheaply-made, so I returned them. THREE WEEKS LATER I cannot get them to refund my credit card and they READILY ADMIT they got the merchandise AND PROCESSED IT 3 weeks ago!!! I threatened to expose them and to put the charge into dispute with VISA - they DON'T CARE! This charge is on my credit card, gaining interest, they could have already re-sold he merchandise, and they have the audacity to refuse to refund my card for UP TO SIX WEEKS!!! Don't do business with this outfit - you will be sorely disappointed. 127fd26

I have been calling them for 3 months and they will not return my calls nor have they issued a refund to my credit card. My attorney called them and they won't even call HIM back. I called and now they tell me that they have gone bankrupt and no credits are being issued. That I have to wait till the courts get hold of the information to refund me. How terrible I will never do business with them again. |

Written by LOL, they did that to me on March 30, 2010 from manchester, connecticut, US They claim after 6 weeks that they JUST got the returned items and it will take another 6 weeks to process the refund. So, 6 weeks later I get my VISA statement and still no credit. So, I call and get a supervisor who tells me that if I give you a credit right now and you are credited again, then you have to call US back and give us your credit card number AGAIN so we can deduct the "double-credit". Are they kidding? Did they hear themselves? I told her it has been 8 weeks so issue the frigin credit already and you WATCH MY account and make sure I am not credited twice. I have to make sure you do your job? I had just had a cervical surgery so I was in no mood to monitor NEWPORT-NEWS billing/crediting practices. This is nonesense and after I FINALLY got the credit, she called to tell me I WAS double credited, but she fixed it and to disregard the letter saying I was "double credited". I told her to take my name off their mailing list as I never want to see their catalog again....I still get it!   They are INSANE, and their clothes are cheap crap! I buy from BOSTON PROPER and ATHLETA and VICTORIA SECRET. They credit you back in 3 days, so why can't the others??  |
