I too have been waiting for a return of $258.00. Been getting the same run around Now on the 22nd I get an email that they are not crediting returns from orders shipped before June 7th. Amazing that they accepted my return after that date, now will not return the merchandise or credit my account.

I have been buying from Newport News and Spiegel for 40+ years. If I do not get my money back it will be the last thing I ever buy from either place.

what ticks me off the most is I can go on line and still buy the exact things I returned. Total rip-off 127fc9b

:( it's been 4 month already. They did not return my money. Iris file the claim like they said. Everytimes call them, they refuse to solve problem. Keep said out of their hand because chapter 11, it's nothing to do with them such a worst company ever

I spent back over 350.00 worth of stuff and they told me that I can't get my money back....I have been a customer for over 10 years. I will never buy one thing from either company again...
