On 9/12 (yesterday) I called again, because I STILL had not received my package, or any further communication from NN.. Again I was assured that my package was shipped on 9/5 and that it would arrive within 5-7 business days/. I pointed out to her that it was now day 8, and was told that Saturday did not count;. When I mentioned that the USPS does in fact work and deliver mail on Saturdays and they (Newport News) work 24/7, Saturday does indeed count as a business day, she still insisted that it did not;.
OK, so according to her, I should have my package today, right? WRONG! But I did finally receive a confirmation today saying that my package was shipped, you guessed it - YESTERDAY!!! So, one more time, I called customer service(and as anyone who has ever called, you know your wait time is a minimum of at least 35 minutes no matter what time of day or night you call)'. This time I spoke to a supervisor who would not do anything but apologize, even though I asked for a refund of my shipping since I had now been lied to twice and STILL don't have my item! She won't do anything, and does not have a phone # for her manager (HUH???), but will send him a message to call me tomorrow..
Any bets on if he will call me, and if he does, if he will actually do anything? 127fc47

Written by Gages mom on October 17, 2011 from rochester, new york, US This company is the WORST retailer I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.They sent me a pair of inferior sandals which I returned because they were defective.They told me I would not have to pay to send them back because they were defective.At that point they told me I would Not get my refund because they were going bankrupt...so I disputed the charge with my bank.They never fought it and I was able to keep my refund BUT then I get a bill in the mail for the shipping OVER what the charge should be if I was supposed to pay it,which I was not.You cannot get anyone on the phone to talk about it.I just hung up the phone after waiting 1 1/2 hours to discuss this.Don't buy a thing from these RIP OFF ARTISTS SCAMMERS>I hope they go down in a ball of FLAMES becaue you can't treat people like this.HEED THIS WARNING>DON"T BUY FROM THEM. |

Went through terrible experience with them... I agree with you and recommend anyone and everyone NEVER to shop with them!!! |
