Newport News won't give me my money back. I returned a swimsuit that didn't fit and the color was way off from catalogue picture at the end of January. I called around February 1 to inquire if they had it.. They said it was not processed in, but that they had it in recieving". It did not "process in" until February 8th/. At the beginning of March I inquired about refund.. They said it would take 6 weeks from process in date/. Waited again;. Now we're passed 6 weeks from processed in date and still no refund,. Got the run around again on the phone today March 24th/. So basicly it's almost April and I still haven't recieved a refund for merchandise returned at the end of January|. This is ridiculous. 127fab2

They keep yours and my money as long as they can in an account so they can collect the interst. It is called legalized robbery. WELCOME TO AMERICA... :zzz
