Just like everyone else, I am a victim of Newport News not sending all my clothing and then not refunding my money on my return. They assured me they would look into the situation and get back to me but didn't, then they said my information was "lost" and now their system is down and can't look anything up! What can we do??? I really wish I had read this BEFORE I made my orders... Has anyone actually received a refund from their complaint and what did you have to do to get it? Please advise as I am NOT HAPPY! 127fa6c

I placed an order of $219.44 and have yet to hear from Newport News. I have sent emails to any email addresses that I can find and they all come back undeliverable. My credit card has not been charged yet, I had really wanted the clothes for an upcoming trip, however after reading these reviews I am going to call my credit card company and see if I can stop payment. Thank you.

I too myself wish that I would have read the comments before ordering from newport news.. They suck! I ordered some jeans from them a size 12 and they sent me a size 6 and two corsets that I finally decided to return. I returned my order three weeks ago and they cannot find my order. Because it is under a new owner? What does that have to do with me.. I am out about 35 dollars... Do not order from them

On Jan 3 I ordered 2 things oonline (a slip and a aqua swimsuite that was onsale for $10). The slip arrived on Jan. 13. I called to inquire about the swimsuite lastnight. I waited on hold for 20min.before a rep answered. Then costumer service rep was very rude and acted as if he couldn't understand English. When he finally looked up my order he said that they no longer had the swimsuite and they were gonna send me a refund. I asked him why I wasn't notified. He replied they don't send emails or make phonecalls for that stuff. He told me they wait until the costumer phones in. WHAT???? How Unprofessional is that??? I see why they are going bankrupt!! I went online during this phone call and the site was going to let me reorder the same swimsuite w/o letting me know it was out-of-stock. Hhmmmm??? I asked to speak w/ a supervisor and was told they weren't available. I left my number for the Supervisor to contact me. Got no response. I tried to call back this morning and was told once again a supervisor wasn't available. I left my info again. To this day, my payment for the swimsuite has not been refunded. I realize its only around $10, but its the principle. Shame on Them (smh)
